Terms of Service

1.1. These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and liability relationship between the user and the Company arising from the use of the Etest.mn website and its related online services, exam system, training functions, and evaluation tools, which are owned and operated by “Ren Joint International” LLC.

1.2. Etest.mn is a platform intended to provide preparation for IELTS, HSK, and other international language exams, online tests, mock exams, evaluations, training content, and related educational support services.

1.3. By registering on, logging into, making payment on, starting an exam on, or using any function of the platform, the user is deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1.4. These Terms shall be used together with the Privacy Policy, and in the event of any discrepancy, the document that corresponds to the nature of the particular relationship shall take precedence.

1.5. The Company is an educational service provider and is not the official organizer or certifying body of any international exam.

2.1. “Platform” means the Etest.mn website and all related systems.

2.2. “User” means a person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.

2.3. “Mock Test” means a practice exam developed to closely resemble the structure, timing, and evaluation logic of an actual exam.

2.4. “Single-use access” means a service right that, after payment, allows the purchased exam to be started once and used once.

2.5. “AI evaluation” means an evaluation, recommendation, or report produced using automated algorithms and technological solutions.

3.1. The platform may provide the following services: 3.1.1. IELTS mock exams; 3.1.2. HSK mock exams; 3.1.3. assessment of listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills; 3.1.4. AI-based evaluation and reports; 3.1.5. a service for storing exam results; 3.1.6. supplementary training content and information on user progress.

3.2. The IELTS service may be offered as a full exam consisting of the Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking sections, or as individual sections.

3.3. The HSK service shall be provided within the scope of the sections available on the platform at that time, and a speaking-skills section may not be separately offered.

3.4. The Company has the right to make changes to the structure, pricing, technical solutions, and functions of the service.

4.1. To use the service, a user may create an account.

4.2. The user is obligated to enter accurate registration information.

4.3. A single user’s access right is granted only to that particular user and may not be transferred to another person.

4.4. It is prohibited to use a single user’s access right across multiple devices, by multiple persons, or simultaneously in any other such manner.

4.5. If the system detects abnormal login activity, duplicate use, or transfer of access rights, it has the right to suspend the access and invalidate the exam without prior notice.

5.1. The platform’s services are paid services.

5.2. Pricing information shall be posted on the platform under the terms in effect at that time.

5.3. The current service structure is implemented as follows: 5.3.1. Full IELTS Mock Test – 29,900 MNT; 5.3.2. Individual section exams – starting from 9,900 MNT.

5.4. Once payment is successfully confirmed, the user is granted a single-use exam access right.

5.5. A single-use exam access right applies to: 5.5.1. one user; 5.5.2. one purchase; 5.5.3. one-time use; 5.5.4. one exam attempt.

5.6. Once the user has started the exam, the service is deemed to have been used.

5.7. After payment has been made, no refund shall be issued at the user’s initiative.

5.8. The Company shall have no obligation to provide compensation or a refund in cases where the service could not be used due to circumstances such as the user’s device, internet, usage errors, time running out, or login problems.

6.1. The evaluations on the platform are intended for training and preparation purposes.

6.2. The AI evaluation, reports, and recommendations are informational in nature and do not necessarily correspond to an official exam score.

6.3. The platform’s results do not guarantee: 6.3.1. an official exam score; 6.3.2. university admission; 6.3.3. a scholarship; 6.3.4. a visa; 6.3.5. an employment outcome.

6.4. The user’s exam results may be stored in the system.

7.1. The following actions are prohibited: 7.1.1. using another person’s access right; 7.1.2. copying exam content; 7.1.3. using automated tools; 7.1.4. attacking the system; 7.1.5. selling content; 7.1.6. extracting data for the purpose of training an AI model; 7.1.7. screen recording or systematic storage; 7.1.8. interfering with the normal operation of the service.

7.2. If a violation is established, the access right shall be terminated and no refund shall be issued.

8.1. All tests, evaluations, data structures, interfaces, reports, software, design, and content on the platform are the property of the Company and its rights holders.

8.2. The user is granted a limited, non-transferable right to use them solely for personal training purposes.

9.1. The platform’s service is not guaranteed to operate without interruption.

9.2. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from internet outages, cyberattacks, third-party services, technical interruptions, or device malfunctions.

9.3. The user is solely responsible for any consequences arising from loss of information, disclosure of passwords, or insufficient device security on their part.

10.1. The Company has the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access rights on the following grounds: 10.1.1. violation of these Terms; 10.1.2. unlawful activity is discovered; 10.1.3. a payment-related violation has occurred; 10.1.4. a risk has been created to the security of the system.

10.2. If access rights are terminated, no refund shall be issued.

11.1. Disputes related to these Terms of Service shall be resolved by the parties through mutual negotiation.

11.2. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved by the courts of Mongolia.

12.1. The Company has the right to make amendments to these Terms.

12.2. The updated Terms shall take effect from the day they are published on the platform.
